Information:

Chris Burnett Associates became members of a planning team coordinated by Drivers Jonas Deloitte to expand an existing golf course from 9 holes to 18 with accompanying new driving range in the sensitive green belt surrounding Wilmslow. A tree and hedge survey plus landscape and visual assessments formed the foundation for subsequent landscape masterplan and a full LVIA. Early engagement with Macclesfield MBC officers was crucial in agreeing and scoping the key issues such that planning consent was obtained early in 2010.
