The practice was engaged by a private client to design and plan a series of new gardens surrounding a listed Grade 11* house and its new extension. Working involved successfully negotiating the designs through planning with the local authority and English Heritage. The gardens included formal gardens a new pool, a new walled garden and entrance drive and parkland. Contract drawings specifications and a bill of quantities were prepared and the project was successfully tendered in 2008. CBA supervised the work on the ground, administered and certified the contract as Contract Administrator and QS, as it progressed to a successful completion in 2010.
