The practice was engaged by a private client to work alongside Robert Adam of Robert Adam Architects and design new gardens, parkland and estate landscape for a brand new country house on an existing estate near Chester under PPS 7 legislation. The process include a progressive programme of consultation with the Chester City Council as the designs progressed, in conjunction with sustainability consultants Atelier 10. Planning permission was granted in 2008 and renewed in 2011.
