Following a recent house purchase our client commissioned CBA to prepare plans for a new lake , and wetland. Ecologists and hydrologists from Penny Anderson Associates worked closely with CBA to prepare a detailed scheme which was presented to Wrexham BC in late 2011. It incorporated new arable wildflower and haymeadows, woodland and reed beds 2 lakes constructed from puddled clay. Planning consent was granted in 2012. CBA drew up full contract drawings, specifications and negotiated a contract with a specialist Landscape Contractor and is now acting as CA with specialist support provided by PAA.
